The Xiaomi 1S recharges quickly compared to many other electric scooters & takes around 4-5 hours to fully charge.

What is the maximum weight of a rider for an electric scooter? 
Different escooters and brands have different maximum weights for the rider. Many brands advise the maximum weight of the rider to be 100kg.

What is the top speed of Xiaomi Pro 2? 
The top speed of Xiaomi m365 is 15.5mph. 

What is the weight of the standard Xiaomi 1S? 
The standard Xiaomi 1S weighs 12.5kg. 
What is the top speed of Xiaomi Essential electric scooter?
The top speed of Xiaomi Essential is 12.4mph.

Are electric scooters foldable? 
Yes. Most electric scooters are foldable so you can pack into the car, take onto the train or pop by the side of you whilst you are eating something yummy in a restaurant.

With the Xiaomi electric scooter range, this operation is quick and easily done. Undo the double security latch, fold the the front stem and handlebars along the footrest, then attach the bell to the rear wheel guard.

Where are the screws used to connect the handlebars to the steering shaft? 
This is a common question, as they usually located in a very small bag attached to the handlebars when you first open up your new e-scooter.

Unfortunately, test rides are not yet available, however we are looking to setup our first flagship store next year so watch this space!

Are Xiaomi electric scooters and Ninebot Segway electric scooters water proof? 
The Xiaomi m365 is water resistant but not fully waterproof. Most electric scooters are water resistant (splash proof), but not advisable to ride around in the pouring rain or through many puddles. 

What type of plug/cable comes with Xiaomi and Ninebot Segway e-scooters? 
We use multiple authorised Xiaomi and Ninebot suppliers. Some of our suppliers include the UK plug and cable. However, on some occasions because some of our e-scooters models are the EU version please contact us if you would like us to send you a UK adapter or cable for your e-scooter.

What safety equipment do I need to wear? 
We always advise the rider to ride their scooter safely, wearing a protective helmet and possibly shin and elbow pads. At nighttime, we advise you wear reflective clothing. 

Where can I ride an electric scooter? 
In the United Kingdom you are only currently allowed to ride electric scooters on private land. The UK government is currently looking to revise the legislation to allow electric scooters to be ridden on pavements and/or roads and/or cycle lanes. Please keep an eye on the news as the government do provide updates on the legislation status for electric scooters.
