For all other accessories there is no warranty.
The warranty maybe void if the scooter has been ridden in the rain, has any water ingress, has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight of 100kg max, has been modified or serviced by anyone other than an authorised partner.
Our warranty does not cover punctures.
We are happy to refund any item returned in saleable condition (unworn and not used or ridden), in its original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) with a proof of purchase within 30 days of store purchase or when you receive your online order. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation. We cannot refund delivery costs paid.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
Scooter Hub is not liable for any repairs which includes tyre punctures, disc brakes, scuffs, cable damage, reflective stickers, kick-stand, lights or electronics.
Please note that refunds will take up to 7 working days after we have received your returned item to show in your account.
We are also unable to accept returns for items purchased from a third party, personalised, embossed, engraved products, used but in full working order, missing parts or accessories, the firmware has been cracked or modified, or if the original box is not supplied with the product.
Please note, cancellations are not possible. Once an order is placed the customer must receive the order and follow the steps for a return.
Scooter Hub will offer a full warranty for all Xiaomi Mi and Ninebot Segway electric scooters purchased for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase via www.scooterhub.com only. Scooter Hub’s warranty will terminate once 2 years have passed. The warranty can be passed onto a new owner however the warranty will still expire from the original date of purchase from the original buyer.
